Volvo has launched the petrol version of Volvo S60 T6 in India on July 03, 2015. The Swedish carmaker has priced this car at Rs. 42 lakh (ex-showroom price) for the Indian roads. The car has got a tempting exterior with a bold look and feel. The Interior of a car will give a sporty and comfortable feel. Volvo S60 T6 has 18-inch alloy wheels, a large digital display screen, leather and wood finish sporty seats and navigation. For safety, the car comes with 6 airbags and ABS. The car has 3 themes: Elegance, Eco, and Performance. Customers can choose one from these three themes.
It has a 2.0-litre petrol T6 engine that will give an output of 306 bhp and a torque of 400 Nm. It comes with 8-speed automatic FWD gearbox to provide you the real thrill of the drive.
The company has launched its XC90, V40 cross country petrol variant, V40 hatch and now the S60's petrol avatar this year in the Indian market. It is competing aggressively with other leading carmakers. The company is at a market share of 3.5 per cent currently and it is now aiming at a market share of 10 per cent by 2020.
