Tamil Nadu Government announced New Gold loan waiver Scheme
After completion of the poll dates of the election commission new Gold Loan waiver scheme has announced. Tamil Nadu chief minister k Palani Samy said that some of the loans, like the women members of self-help groups and pledging jewels, are waived off.
The representations of the SHG groups don’t have the money to repay the Gold loan. These all are said by the Tamil Nadu chief minister. So in the covid pandemic, these loans should waive off. The People in the SHG groups are inferior. 
There are around one lakh SHG groups, and in that, there are around 15 lakh members. In the same way, three are many poor agricultural labourers. So these loans can be helpful for the poor people in the covid pandemic.
The economy in these states is not yet recovered. The loans with jewels should waive off. The loan repayment for this gold has waived off for the poor people. By waiving off their loans, they can help poor people.
