Dialer Manager is responsible for configuring and administering dialer campaigns and systematic programming to help manage inventory and drive business.

The purpose of this role is to manage all daily outbound dialer activity & inbound service levels across all multi-functional areas. Analyze real time contact center statistics in order to facilitate actions to meet inbound & outbound resolution targets.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily Uploading, Downloading and importing of reports.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Business Head.
  • Analysis of dialer data to identify potential problems/issues.
  • Monitor call flows.
  • Create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports.
  • Monitor and adjust performance of dialer systems and team members.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic statistics knowledge and ability to comprehend and analyze dialer-output data.
  • Knowledge of auto-dialer operation/concepts.
  • Understanding of database-design principles, data structures and optimizations. Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Strong time management and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Call Center Dialer Manager or Team Leader position.
  • Experience in customer service /sale is required.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics,
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs,
  • Positive and patient,
  • Graduation in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
