We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that grows the company’s revenue.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements

Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making Dialabank a better place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EPFO, ESI data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR Officer, administrator or other HR position
    Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are looking for a dynamic process manager to improve the efficiency of our FinTech business processes. 

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. You may also be required to update sales process documents and conduct efficiency audits.

To be able to succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams. Ultimately, a top-class process manager who can identify and improves Key Sales Processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and presenting sales process improvement reports.
  • Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
  • Managing Sales team and external partners like Banks and NBFCs.
  • Meeting with business managers to discuss business objectives.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in the Sales Process
  • Overseeing the implementation of all business processes.
  • Updating process and procedure policies.
  • Stating up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies to improves the overall sale process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Sales Support process.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Ability to identify cost-saving measures and improvement strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of business management CRMs.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead multiple teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available to work after hours and weekends when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
