Loan prepayment charges Pre-payment is allowed only after 6 months from the date of loan disbursal.

‘Fixed rate loan’:
Part-payment charge(s) is 2.50% on the amount pre-paid.
Pre-closure charges are 2.50% of the loan outstanding at the time of loan-closure.

‘Floating rate loan’:No penalty is charged on part payment(s). However, a transaction charge of Rs 500 would be applicable for each pre-payment.
Pre-closure charge(s) are levied at the rate of 2% on the Loan outstanding at the time of ‘loan closure’ & all part payment(s) made during the last 12 months prior to ‘loan closure’.
