Petroleum Minister talks about the top agenda of the domestic government’s output
Hardeep Singh, the petroleum minister said that the government will focus on increasing the domestic production of oil and natural gas to meet the ever-growing needs of the nation.
“As we transition towards a $5 trillion economy, energy availability and consumption will be of paramount importance,” explained Puri, on his first day of the job.
“Clearly, our focus will be on increasing domestic production of crude and natural gas, in line with the prime minister’s vision of an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.”, said the minister. Surging the production of domestic fuels would be a crucial challenge to Puri.
