Mindtree, Shree Ganesh Remedies, Tata Metaliks- Mindtree, Shree Ganesh Remedies, Gagan Cases, Deccan HealthCare, are among the companies that will be announcing the quarterly earnings.
ONGC- The Fair Trade Regulator Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved on Monday the acquisition of a 23.5% stake in the ONGC Tripura Power Company Ltd by the Summit India.
Reliance Industries- The company invested Rs. 1,00,000 in 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the RNESL ( Reliance New Energy Solar). It is a newly incorporated subsidiary that is wholly owned. The Reliance New Energy Solar is incorporated to undertake all the activities which are related to solar energy. It is yet to start its business operations.
Telecom Stocks- The largest telecom operator in India, Reliance Jio has continued to lead the whole market in the number of mobile subscribers and it has gained around 4.7 million users in the month of April and during the same time period, Vodafone Idea lost around 1.8 million customers. Also, Bharti Airtel added 0.51 million mobile subscribers in the month of April.
Banks- The public sector lenders which are led by the Canara Bank have now officially formed the NARC ( National Asset Reconstruction Company). It will now approach the banking regulator, the Reserve Bank of India to function as an ARC.
