The umbrella enterprise for fintech companies said that the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has launched ‘UPI-help’ on the BHIM app as Digi-Help stack so that the users can file complaints on any UPI transactions related problems online only and get them resolved online as well.
The following features have been added to the BHIM app for users after the launch of UPI-Help:
1.Now, users can check their pending transactions.
2. Now, users can easily file a complaint about any transactions which has any default while processing or if money is not credited to the receiver.
3. And can also file complain against merchant transactions.
Presently, the UPI-Help is available for use on the BHIM app for the customers of State Bank of India, AXIS Bank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank. Customers of Paytm Payments Bank and TJSB Sahakari Bank shall also be able to get the advantage of UPI-Help soon, NPCI stated.
According to the current situation, other banks are also powering up to launch the UPI-Help feature to strengthen the digital payment system and for the protection of the users. The RBI’s step to launch the ODR is providing us the way to encourage customers to confidently grab the digital payments and go cashless.
