YES BANK retail loan process to become easier and faster as it joins hands with Salesforce

YES BANK has teamed up with Salesforce, a global leader in customer relations management, to build a next-generation technology platform to sustain its lending business. A private lender is the first bank in the country to partner with Salesforce to obtain a loan and process it. The partnership aims to engage customers with integrated experience and drive the leading sales growth for the borrower, the bank said in a statement.

The Salesforce lending system for commercial banks will help the bank to provide customized solutions and connected banking experiences to consumers in all areas. YES BANK’s ability to process high loan applications through improved automation and further integration of APIs will be strengthened. The new system will be faster and easier than a personal loan process. The timing of the loan application change period will be improved, the bank said. It will also enable the bank to introduce a new range of new products and services to support the changing needs of customers faster than before.
