Non-business and non-commercial purchases should be made in the Savings Bank Account. If the account holder has not made a debit transaction in the account for 24 (twenty-four) months, the account will be listed as a “dormant/inoperative account,” and any debit transactions will be prohibited in the ordinary course. The customer must apply the most recent KYC documents in order to request account activation. Standing Instructions must be written and sent to the Bank.
