Nifty Financial Services index downfall; Shriram Transport shares slipped 6% on Friday
The Nifty Financial Services index came down with it’s components trading lower on last Friday’s afternoon session immediately.
Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial (down 6.49 per cent) , Shriram Transport Finance (down 6.22 per cent) , Cholamandalam Investment & Finance (down 5.01 per cent) , Axis Bank (down 4.76 per cent) , Bajaj Finance (down 4.53 per cent) , Bajaj Finserv (down 4.52 per cent) , HDFC (down 4.47 per cent) , Private Bank (down 4.22 per cent) , Private PRULI (down 4.13 per cent) Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd (down 3.82 per cent) , Power Finance Corporation (down 3.79 per cent) , HDFC Bank (down 2.39 per cent) , REC (down 1.58 per cent) , PrivateGI (down 0.76 per cent) , State Bank of India (down 0.43 per cent) and SBI Life (down 0.15 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
The Nifty Financial Services index was trading 2.86 per cent down at 8669.55 around 02:22PM 23rd of May 2020. This is identified to be a not good sign of market.
