Reliance Jio has gained more than 60000 corers in less than 3 weeks seems like companies will never get the same opportunity again.

After high profile investors of Facebook and silver lake, now vista is ready to acquire 2.37% of stake in reliance JIO. A US-based private equity firm name Vista Equity Partners, which runs the world’s largest tech-focused fund gonna take 2.32% in jio for rs 11,367 cr.

This investment values of Jio Platforms at an enterprise value of Rs 5.16 lakh crore and equity value of Rs 4.91 lakh crore. After reliance and Facebook, it is the biggest investor. Vista admits that jio is the future generation platform for a software company. Mukesh Ambani, the chairman, and managing director, Reliance Industries Ltd, said he was happy to welcome them, as they are one of the world’s marquee tech investors globally as a valued partner. “Like our existing partners also have the same sight for on growing growth and transformation of India digital ecosystem for benefit of Indians”.
